About Me

Since 2003 I have been providing counseling services to a variety of populations in private practice, outpatient, residential, and college settings.   I am licensed to provide individual, family, and martial counseling.   I have completed Gottman Marital Counseling certification Levels I and II.   I am experienced in treating many clinical issues including: anxiety, depression, anger, relationship/marital issues, phase of life problems, grief/loss, self-worth issues, trauma/abuse, domestic violence, and spiritual ​​issues.

I strongly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and one’s ability to change. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental environment and a therapeutic relationship based on trust in which clients can begin taking steps toward their individual goals of change and wellness.  

 

I am licensed in both KY and NC. I can see all KY clients virtually (video or phone) and can see all NC clients either in person, virtually, or both.
